In an effort to improve the overall workflow of ReclamoAI, the chat interface below focuses on a single component. The chat interface below is not the complete Reclamo Ai. Here, we are ONLY testing the docassemble interview portion of this product. This means that we are jumping in after the need for assessment has been identified and at the moment where we need to start collecting information about a given case. For context, please see the sample user journey below.

User Journey

John is a construction worker in New York who has discovered that his employer has not been paying him fairly. He recently did the math and found that over the past month, he wasn’t paid any additional overtime despite working extra hours.

John didn’t think there was anything he could do, until he saw a post on Facebook about an Ai tool that can help workers like him reclaim stolen wages.

So he clicks the link and begins chatting via WhatsApp with Reclamo Ai. After a brief exchange of information, the assistant quickly determines that he may have a case against his employer and asks if John would like to get help from an advocate. John says yes. The Assistant says:=:

Great! I’m going to ask some questions to get the information we need to support you support you. This will only take a few minutes of your time. Afterwards, we share your responses with one of our representatives so they can follow up with you.
